Audio-Technica ATH-SR5BT – Lightweight luxury headphones
The Audio-Technica ATH-SR5BT headset sound great in the test and sit well. But what convinced us most was the battery life of the Bluetooth headphones.
Audio-Technica ATH-SR5BT Short Review
With over 34 hours of battery, the Audio-Technica headphones are among the long-term runners among the test candidates. Despite the rather high price, we can definitely recommend the headphones.
Well-balanced luxury headphones with small weaknesses
Attention: The Audio-Technica ATH-SR5BT may disappoint you a little at first. A usage error can quickly occur here: You not only set the volume on the smartphone, but also on the headphones themselves. When the headphone volume is at its minimum, the ATH-SR5BT sound flat and thin.
However, if you screw this up, the listeners will be worth it: Then you get a balanced sound with beautiful details and good voice reproduction. The Bluetooth headphones play particularly acoustic pieces, and jazz such as “So What” by Miles Davis also offers Audio-Technica a good platform.
The bass could have a little more pressure and the highs a little livelier, but apart from that, the manufacturer has released a good model.
